We Accept: Diners Club, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and PayPal accounts. Cancellations are transferable or are donated to the scholarship fund. Registrations are non-refundable. Flexible pay is available before June 1st.

Ticketed events are purchased separately.  Full Registration includes conference booklet/packet, admission wrist band to all workshops and sessions. Per five children, youth, and teens, one adult (18 years or older) must accompany or chaperone.

TICKETED ADMISSION: $15.00 per workshop or session - this is for individuals "partial registrants" or volunteers who would like to only attend certain portions of the event. This is not for those who are fully registered. You can pre-order your tickets or purchase them at the door. Pick up pre-ordered your tickets at the event desk.

SPECIAL EVENT TICKETS AND SERVICES - Additional events or services offered within the context of the conference. Tickets and vouchers are on a pre-pay basis only and are non-refundable. These reservations are tediously pre-planned, therefore no changes or sales will be made after Aug 3rd - no exceptions.  Please inform us upon check out, in the comments section, who the tickets or services are assigned to.

Friday Night Premiere
The 7:00 p.m. Friday night opening main session is complimentary for local pastors and church/ministry leaders and registered guests. This service offers artistic presentations, Keynote speaker, and extended worship. A kid's session is offered for free as well. After the presentations in the main service, the children will be released into their own session. Any child participating in the kid's session must have their responsible adult obtain their numbered entrance bracelet for security purposes. This can be obtained at pre-registration or the event desk or the kid's session main door. Pre-registration for Friday night attendance is not required. Doors will not open for general seating until 6:30 p.m.

Group Rate Explained
All groups must register at the same time in order to get the group rate (no late add ins). Upon online check-out, the names, address, age, and phone for each registrant must be supplied or they will be asked this information upon check-in. "Group Rate" constitutes of any combination of 5 or more youth/adults traveling together and registering at the same time. A group registration may be changed once- that is any cancellation, transfers, additions, changes on who gets what tickets, etc. After that, a $5.00 service charge will be incurred for each incident.

Internationals
To register E-mail or fax your contact information and travel itinerary. At this time, complimentary full registration is granted to those living outside the U.S. and it's territories. You registration includes all workshops and main sessions. It does not include ticketed events, food, lodging, or travel.
