State & Area Reps
 
 These positions require trusted individuals who can appropriately represent and promote the Joy Conference in their city and state. We personally advise State & Area Reps on various ways to impact their city for the Lord in creative and unique ways.  This position calls for men and women of high moral standards who desire to see the prophetic and worship arts grow as well as evangelism, healing, and God's manifest glory.

The basic job function entails distributing promotional materials and answering people's questions. State and Area Reps are points of contact for people who want to connect with like-minded ministries in the region. State & Area Reps may also work with forms of media such as radio, TV, churches, Internet, and newspapers in promoting the event. State and Area Reps may also collect groups in order to save money on travel by chartering a bus or buses to the event.

It is important that any state rep has attended at least one Joy Conference so they are knowledgeable. State and Area reps We offer the State Rep position to one individual within any given state. We offer multiple Area Rep positions according to the size of the city or region. State and Area Reps may work with the central committee in promoting additional Joy Conference or Ministry events in their state. A state rep may not use the Joy Ministry or Conference name for personal gain or in the direct promotion of their own ministry. However, a state rep may promote their own ministry in a coordination effort with Joy Ministry upon a mutually agreeable event or terms.
